Spicy Chicken Isabella

Chicken, onions, kalamata olives, hot peppers, fresh mushrooms and garlic, sauteed in a white wine and butter sauce.

Chicken Romano

Breaded chicken cutlet, sauteed with onions, fresh mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes in a white wine, butter and garlic sauce, finished with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Eggplant Parmigiana

Eggplant, breaded and lightly fried, covered with marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked.

Shrimp Marinara or Fra Diavolo

Shrimp served with choice of pasta and marinara sauce. Adding red peppers flakes makes this dish a spicy Fra Diavolo.

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp sauteed in garlic, olive oil butter, white wine, fresh parsley and light seasoning.
