A fan favorite here at Georgina’s is our Vodka Sauce. It’s made with fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, onions, Prosciutto, vodka, olive oil and fresh herbs and spices. It’s gluten-free as is, and goes great with any of our gluten-free pasta options.

What many people don’t realize is that our vodka sauce and our pink sauce are not one in the same. They can be very hard to tell apart as they are made from many of the exact same ingredients. So what’s different, you ask? Well, our pink sauce does not have the vodka or Prosciutto, so it’s not only gluten-free, but alcohol-free and vegetarian-friendly.

There you have it. Mystery solved. There is one more thing they both have in common, though. They are both available not only in the restaurant, but in containers for purchase. Pick up your favorite next time you come by the restaurant. Or look for “Mama Roe’s” booth at local farmer’s markets.
